- Enter the details of the attendee/s (if you are registering on behalf of others, you will be able to enter your name as the billing contact on the next page, so only enter attendee details on this first page).
- Click Next and you'll be taken to a page to enter your billing details and to pay.
- Please note: Your booking remains unconfirmed until payment has been received in full.
You can book both individual and group bookings. Please ensure you know email addresses, and coaching session preferences for each individual in your group before you start completing the form.

Accommodation will be provided at The Queen's Hotel, Park Plaza Hotel, Hilton City, or the Crowne Plaza with The Queens providing us with the first 200 bedrooms. Where possible, those who book earlier will be a priority for The Queens. We will confirm the name of your hotel closer to the date of the conference.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
All bookings are non-refundable. We regret that in the event of your cancellation, we are committed to paying the venue in full on your behalf.
